Where to Eat in San Cristóbal de Las Casas

In small and friendly San Cristóbal you will find with every step a delectable place to eat delicious and large Chiapaneco tamales or good tacos. Small inns attended by cooks experienced in regional gastronomy don’t appear in any tourism list but once you are in the city, they are easy to identify. Additionally, formal restaurants of specialized gastronomy – Mediterranean, fusion- are located on the city’s Historic Center.
